I bought these noodles today. Are they already cooked? Do I just reheat in microwave or boiling water? Keep in the packet or take out? First time trying. The lady I bought them off at grocery was Korean and didn't read or speak Japanese. Any help would be great. Thank you

It says “むし焼そば” on the packaging. You can stir fry it in a pan with some oil and whatever ingredients you like, usually cabbage and pork, topped with a fried egg.
Stir fry meats and vegetables in small amount of oil first.
Add noodles and stir until somewhat separated.
Add 50ml water for every portion of noodles (1 portion = 50ml, 3 portions = 150ml)
Stir until water is gone.
Add sauce.
Done.
Adjust amount of water for preferred softness of noodles.
50ml for harder.
75ml for medium.
100ml per portion for softer noodles.
What a big help she was. Anyway dry stir fry do not cook before stir frying. Little oil in a pan add noodles stir with chopsticks. You can cook these until they get a little brown and toasty or keep them more soft. When you get to the point oh no they’re gonna burn add your inputs veggies, meat, tofu , sauce , s splash of water, whatever.

These are cooked (already boiled) noodles meant to be used by home cooks as an ingredient in a noodle-based stir-fry or yakisoba. Of course, you can microwave it and eat it and prepare it otherwise, but that’s not the original purpose of the product
