宮古島で3泊4日 絶景とグルメを満喫する旅🇯🇵🌴
Hello! This time, I’m going to Miyakojima in Okinawa. I’ve never even been to Okinawa, so I’m really looking forward to it! The weather is unpredictable, but I expect it to be sunny! I arrived at Miyako Airport and was greeted by a shisa (lion statue)! In Okinawa, shisa are cherished as guardian deities and are placed at the entrances of homes and buildings. I’ll now rent a car and head to the hotel. Miyakojima has little public transportation and is dotted with tourist spots, so having a car is extremely convenient. For lunch, I had Miyako soba noodles. The light soup and tender meat were delicious! This is a popular spot for snorkeling and SAP There’s an observation deck at the top, so I climbed up. The water is crystal clear and beautiful. From the observation deck, the view is panoramic, overlooking the Miyakojima Sea! It’s time for dinner, so I head to the izakaya I’ve reserved. A cat seems to be guiding me. The restaurant has a clean, relaxing atmosphere. My first dish is Okinawan specialty sea grapes! They have a unique, crunchy texture and are delicious. I ordered mozuku next because I didn’t like its sticky appearance, but when I tried it, it was delicious! The crispy chicken wings were amazing! Finally, I had sea urchin , salmon roe, soy sauce, and egg rice! We’re heading to our second izakaya. The fresh sashimi goes perfectly with the sake. Good morning ! We’re now crossing the Irabu Bridge and heading to the beach. The weather is a little better, so we’ll be able to see the beautiful ocean! We’ve arrived! The water is very clear and very beautiful! The fine, white sand is pleasant to walk on. The waves are a little rough due to the wind, but it looks like it would be fun in shallow water. This is a popular restaurant located very close to the beach we just visited. The terrace seats with an ocean view are a great space! If you go straight from here, you can get to the beach . It’s a little pricey, but I ordered the Miyako beef steak. It was very tender, with just the right amount of fat, and it was delicious even without any toppings! The mango smoothie after the meal was rich and tropical. This place is characterized by countless large rocks, creating a fantastic view. It’s also recommended to go at sunset. At low tide, you can even wade into the ocean, as shown here. From here, you can get a panoramic view of the Irabu Bridge and the ocean around Miyako Island After an hour’s drive, we headed to the lighthouse. This spot, located at the easternmost tip of Miyako Island, is famous for its spectacular views. Due to some issues, we weren’t able to climb the lighthouse. We enjoyed our drinks with sashimi and sea grapes. The second dish of sushi was large and the salmon was delicious! The bonito caught in Miyako Island was mild and easy to eat! The chewy naan was topped with a variety of seafood. On the third day, we went to Ikema Island. We bought some purple sweet potato mochi ( rice cakes). The chewy texture allowed the sweetness of the purple sweet potato to fill your mouth. Miyako Island’s popular garlic shrimp, of course, had a long queue. The plump shrimp, seasoned with butter and garlic, was amazing! This beach is said to be the most beautiful in the Orient! The shallow water and calm waves make it a safe place for families with children. The snorkeling tour I was looking forward to was canceled due to a typhoon, but this beach lifted my spirits. This was my first tour since coming to Miyakojima. We took a boat to the white sand beach that only appears at low tide. We arrived , and the view from above was like this. After the tour, it was time for dinner. I ordered sea grapes and grilled tuna with cheese, which I’ve had for three days in a row. The marinated tuna cheek had a unique texture. The Okinawan Agu pork was soft and melted in my mouth. The taco rice at the end was absolutely delicious. This was our second izakaya. The spam sticks were a great match with alcohol. Finally, we had meat tofu. After the meal, we had ice cream! There were so many flavors, it was hard to choose, but I chose the original Okinawa flavor. Good morning ! It’s finally our last day! There’s a wide variety of products here, from groceries to souvenirs. Apparently, this is a vegetable called tougan. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a large vegetable . This is our last beach tour. It’s a bit far to the beach, but there’s a long line with a 30-minute wait. The Miyako soba noodles in bonito broth and tofu were delicious! The mango was so sweet and delicious that I finished it in an instant. No matter how many times I look at it, the ocean of Miyakojima is so beautiful. My flight time is approaching, so I head to the airport. I replenish my energy with a hamburger, fries, and a Coke . Next time, I want to go to the main island of Okinawa. That’s all for today. Thank you for watching.
