Traveling to Nagano, Japan to visit the SNOW MONKEYS

[Music] Today is our last day in Tokyo for the first leg of our trip. And we are here at the giant jibly clock and we’re going to watch it do its performance for noon. She’s been waiting for this. So, I’m excited. [Music] We are about to grab a bullet train from Tokyo to Nagano. Uh, and we are grabbing a bento box to be on the train. [Music] What did you get? Salmon and did you get? I got pork cutlet with rice. Very basic, but looks good. Looks good. And I got a chicken box with some rice. And I think that’s what’s it called? The jam egg. [Music] [Music] Good. It would be like [Applause] getting Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets, putting them in the fridge, and then eating the first thing that one of these fries. [Applause] [Music] Good. [Music] You excited? Excited to sit down. It’s like right up your nose. [Music] [Music] It’s coming this way. [Music] We are on the next leg of our train journey from Tokyo to Yamanuchi. Yamanoi. It’s small little town. It’s pretty close to the snow monkey park where we’ll be going tomorrow morning. Nice. Yep. So, we got on this cool little train where you can see up front. [Music] We have arrived in Yaminoi and it is pitch black and it’s 5:30. [Music] Same. No, just relax. Tokyo. Tokyo. Tokyo. After this, Osaka Kyoto. Kimono. Kimono. Okay. Let’s squeeze. Squeeze. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] Today we are at the monkey park. Snow monkey park. Let me start that over. Today we are going to the snow monkey park. We were dropped off by our hotel bus and now we have a bit of a hike until we can see the snow monkeys. It’s very cold, as you can tell. Around 30°. We got some um they’re called crampons. They go on your shoe. They’re like spikes to help with the snow. So, you don’t have to wear like snow shoes or hiking boots. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] Ooh. [Music] [Music] This is probably one of the most unique experiences that you could have in your life. Not that it’s unique to you, but it’s just something you’re not going to be able to do anywhere else.

We traveled 3 HOURS north to spent the night in Yamanouchi in the Nagano prefecture of Japan and visited the SNOW MONKEYS!
