I bought a jar of this from a a story in Takayama this year and I am severely regretting not buying more than 1 jar. This stuff put on top of a boiled egg for ramen, mixed in rice or anything for that matter is just so delicious. It’s showing translated as “Hida Wood Barrel Aged Green Chili Miso” but when I search something like that all I’m finding is miso pastes when the consistency of this is more of like a chutney/jam.
Anyone know the name of what I should be searching for to try find something like this in Europe (NL to be specific)?
