Let’s go get the best guoza in Gora, Japan. This little mountain town is adorable. And to escape from the mountain winds, stop into the Guyza Center. The staff are incredible, and the food is even better. Be sure not to miss their lunch hour, and expect to wait because it is a pretty small restaurant that’s quite popular. The ceiling at the bar is covered in origami mobile, which I highly recommend sitting below. Only a quick 5-minute walk from Gora and you’ve got a great lunch.
