This summer, we made a last-minute decision to visit Aomori Prefecture. Why Aomori, you ask? We wanted a cooler place in Japan. Watch this series to see how that turned out…

In this Part 1 video, we flew red-eye from Singapore via Zipair to Tokyo Narita, then took the Shinkansen north to Aomori Prefecture. We settled into the Route-Inn for our first night, then transferred to the recently opened ReLabo wellness hotel.
