Onnason officials from Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, will visit Samsung Lions Park in Daegu (hereinafter referred to as Rafak) to support the Samsung Lions.
A visiting team of 13 local officials and residents from Onnason, the site of Samsung Lions’ off-season training, will arrive at Gimhae International Airport on the 22nd to watch and cheer for SSG for two days in Rafak.
Samsung Lions and Onnason have a special relationship. The Samsung Lions have been conducting off-season training at Onnason Akama Stadium since 2005. Akama Stadium is considered one of the best training facilities in the region, with the construction of the “Onnason Samsung Dome,” an indoor training site, in 2013.
