Custard Cream Puffs in Sasebo, Japan ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต

Ganski bakery and that’s what they’re famous for. The Ganyeki puff. These look good as well. Green tea chocolate cookies. Gi puffy. Okay. Or peach cream. Uh custard cream. Okay. Let’s dive in. Oh, it’s it’s big. It feels uh it feels heavy and dense. So, they said it’s a generous serving of custard that’s inside. It is custard and it feels it feels all hard and crispy. Oh my word. Oh, the pastry is crispy on the inside. It’s crispy on the outside, but then it’s soft. Like half the layer is crispy and half the layer in the inside is soft. And then it’s just pure pure custard. Oh wow. Superb. Yeah.

I visited a popular bakery shop in Sasebo called Gansekiya, who are famous locally for their cream puffs. The Ganseki Puff is a kind of choux pastry, absolutely stuffed with sweet, creamy custard. Yum yum!

  1. Not "Ichi"- 0:10 – Dale, just say "KORE ONEGAISHIMAS(U)" and point at something or say "HITOTSU!" and not "ichi".
Ichi is wrong. "One thing", "One" (thing) is HITOTSU.

  2. I'm taking my Daughter to Japan after her Chemo Therapy is over (three months).
We have started a bucket list to see while we are there.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received. TY

  3. It's so pretty big like some fluffy cotton balls!! That's a good munch to chew on Dale to enjoy some delicious treats or pastries of the day. I wanna see you chew on some green tea cookies, they looked like vegetable cookies but they're not. I bet it was pretty good after finishing the Ganseki puff. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ
