I am excited to announce this ramen school in Mitaka, a suburb of Tokyo less than 15 minutes from Shinjuku. In this 5-day course, you’ll cover noodles, soup, toppings, tare, and oils. Everything you need when it comes to making professional ramen. The school is held in the test kitchen of a noodle machine maker, so you’ll have access to all the equipment a ramen shop would have. AND, I’ll be there to take you on a local ramen tour one of the days.
