Thank you for visiting our channel! We’re back with the fifth (and final?) instalment of our Niigata 2025 travel series.

In this episode, we’d like to share with you three fantastic ramen joints, each with a distinct style, that we tried while in Niigata City. We started at Ramen Toyoko (ラーメン東横), famous for their rich miso broth and premium Echigo miso. Next, we visited the innovative Ramen Majide (麺匠MAJIDE), which puts a spin on Japanese ramen with their creative tantanmen creations. Finally, we wrapped up at Ittouya (いっとうや) in CoCoLo Niigata Station, known for their signature kasane shoyu with massive chashu slices.
