2006 Cross Sport – Good deal?

Looking at a JDM 2006 Cross Sport with an auto trans. Has 48,000km and is priced at $11,900 Canadian. Anything I should look out for with it, and is it a good deal? I’d prefer a manual trans but for the price and kms this seems like a really good option.
