you will find this specialty Wagyu beef burger restaurant number one Wagyu Burger you can enjoy 
a luxurious hamburger made with 100% A5 ranked Wagyu beef beef in Japan is graded by letters and 
numbers with A5 representing the highest quality all burgers feature 100% Wagyu beef 
patties and special rice flour bands there are several variations to choose from 
including the classic three cheeseburger and teriyaki i got the cheeseburger it was incredibly 
tasty with the soft texture and juiciness that only Wagyu beef can offer the price for a single 
burger was 1,380 yen in a relaxed atmosphere you can enjoy the rich flavor of top grade Wagyu beef 
perfect for a slightly special burger experience in Nihonashi Tokyo this restaurant is a popular 
pancake chain with locations throughout Japan number two a happy pancake it’s known for its 
fluffy texture and natural sweetness the interior features soft green tones and a natural design 
creating a relaxing atmosphere i visited the Kit Joi branch but there are also locations in 
major areas such as Shibuya Ginsa and Igbukuro i got their signature item the happy pancake it’s 
served with manuka honey syrup and whipped butter made from Hokkaido fermented butter i recommend 
enjoying all three together for the best flavor the butter is made from scratch after each order 
so it takes about 20 minutes to be served but this ensures you can enjoy the fresh justmade taste 
the menu also includes a variety of other pancake options such as those topped with fresh fruit 
prices start at 1,380 yen which is a great value considering the quality of the ingredients 
and the final presentation advanced online reservation throughout the official website are 
recommended this restaurant is a reasonably priced Japanese style izakaya that opened in July 2024 
number three Beef Kitchen Stand an izakaya is a casual Japanese pub where you can enjoy drink and 
a wide variety of small dishes the main appeal of this spot is that you can enjoy over 60 different 
small plates each priced around 100 to 400 yen it’s locally known for its affordable prices great 
taste and welcoming atmosphere it’s perfect for those who want to try a little bit of everything 
orders can be easily placed from your smartphone and there’s an English menu with photos available 
making it tourist friendly for international visitors this time we got the special aijou and 
bucket beef garlic rice hamburger steak niboshi ramen and a bowl of fried chicken we also had 
green soybeans called edamame and the drink a typical starter in Japanese izakaya we were very 
satisfied with our meal and it came to under 2,000 yen per person seating is limited so making an 
online reservation in advance is recommended this is a chain restaurant popular among locals in 
Japan as a cozy yaki bar number four Niku Azabu the appeal of this place is that you can enjoy 
high quality meat mainly A4 to A5 ranked Japanese Wagyu beef in a casual atmosphere this time we 
visited the Aisu branch located near Shibuya other locations include Shimbashi a popular area for 
businessmen and Nishi Azabu known for its upscale vibe the restaurant is stylish and clean with 
counter seating available making it suitable for a wide range of customers from solo yakiniku diners 
to groups the staff grilled the meat in front of us with care and we were very satisfied with both 
the quality and quantity we ordered the omakas course priced at 3,500 yen per person although 
this restaurant is still a hidden gem among foreign tourists the price is quite reasonable for 
the quality and portion size i highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Japanese 
yakiniku culture without breaking the bank this is one of only six special Starbucks reserve stores 
in the world and the only one in Japan located in Nakameuro number five Starbucks Reserve Roastery 
Tokyo about a 40inut walk from Nakameuro station the store has drawn attention from coffee lovers 
both in Japan and abroad its most distinctive feature is the instore roasting machine which 
allows customers to closely observe the authentic coffee roasting process with the aroma of freshly 
roasted beans and the open layout the space feels like a coffee theme park the store spans four 
floors each with its own themed bar and counter in addition to coffee you can enjoy a bakery a tea 
bar and even a cocktail bar making it much more than just a typical cafe the seating it’s spacious 
and flexible allowing guests to relax and enjoy their time comfortably we had a moose form Irish 
coffee the cream brew latte and a slice of cake while the cream brew latte is no longer available 
seasonal and store exclusive items are always on offer so there’s something new to try with 
every visit weekends and holidays tend to be extremely crowded so visiting on a weekday is 
highly recommended this is a popular yakitoi restaurant for the masses located in Kabukicho 
the heart of Shinjuku number six Tori Sakaba although it’s in a busy tourist area it remains a 
hidden gem for foreign visitors and is well loved by locals we had the 4,000 course which included 
2 hours of all you can drink the eight course meal began with edamame and salad followed by seared 
tuna with pomzu sauce chicken steak two kinds of skewers fried chicken and potatoes fried 
cabbage and vegetables and yakisoba noodles the meal was hearty flavorful and satisfying 
and the cozy atmosphere added to the experience however smoking is allowed inside so those 
sensitive to cigarette smoke should take note this spot is perfect for those who want to 
eat and drink well without breaking the bank this Japanese style cafe originated in Kyoto and 
is well known for its high quality traditional sweets and thoughtful hospitality number seven 
Sioen the main appeal of the shop lies in its luxurious use of dark green tea made from the 
highest grade uji matcha one of the realest and finest types of Japanese matcha customers can 
enjoy the deep authentic flavor of matcha here opened in July 2020 in the Shinjuku Sumitomo 
building the cafe is located in a quiet area of Nishi Shinjuku the stylish modern Japanese 
style interior offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere a popular item is the luxurious puffy 
which includes matcha soft serve shiatama rice flour dumplings and brown sugar jelly another 
popular item is the green tea latte with 3D art featuring adorable character designs drawn in 
the milk foam in addition to matcha the cafe also uses carefully selected ingredients such as 
domestically produced broken starch and brown sugar you can enjoy the delicate flavors that 
highlight the natural sweetness and aroma of each ingredient this is an elevated commercial 
complex that opened in September 2020 about a 5-minut walk from Ginsa station number eight Hibia 
Okuroji it is operated by a railway company and utilizes historic elevated tracks that stretch 
for approximately 300 meters the name Okuroji means a hidden alley behind Ginsa its main 
appeal lies in the quiet and sophisticated atmosphere it’s hard to believe that trains 
still run above it the facility features around 30 shops offering food beverages lifestyle goods 
fashion and more it’s especially known for its well-designed sanderies and gift stores making 
it a fun place to simply stroll and explore this time we dined at the international 
restaurant Soleu the restaurant offers a variety of healthconscious dishes including 
halal compliant organic and vegan options i had a set meal featuring a Japanese beef 
hamburger steak of course it was really good we also visited Wagashi Soso where you can 
enjoy unique sweets such as tiramisu dumplings and truffle cookies the tripful cookies were 
especially delicious you should definitely try them this store which opened in July 2017 
in Shibuya offers a unique selection of subculture goods number nine Village Bangard 
it’s located in the basement of the building divided into two floors B1 and B2 the B1 
floor features an extensive collection of unique interior goods rather than the standard 
items you might find elsewhere [Music] this this this this this and this in Japan they are 
called dagashi which are inexpensive snacks popular among both children and adults this 
package resembles a candy bar but is actually a centuries product designed to look like one

  1. I tried Henry’s Burger last year and it was delicious! I will try this new burger place this August! Also, I will be going to a baseball game August 30 to watch the Tokyo Swallows play the Hiroshima Carp. Would you be able to put the words to ‘Tokyo Info’ so that I can sing the song with the crowd in the stadium? I found a video with the music, but I hope to see the printed words so I can put the words and music together. Always great videos with lots of information! Thank you!

  2. Visited the Starbucks Roastery in March, 2023, and it is a fantastic place to visit. Food and coffee outstanding. It is in Meguro and can be reached via the Yamanote line.
