Avoid these 3 MISTAKES in Tokyo 🤯 #japan #japantravel #japantraveltips
If you’re visiting Tokyo, don’t make this free mistakes. Trust me, I learned it the hard way. First, using Google reviews to find food. It might work back home, but in Japan, use Tabalog instead. Locals rely on it, and you’ll get way better restaurant pigs. Second, not taking a day trip outside of Tokyo. There’s so much more just a short train right away. For example, Kamakura with its giant Buddha and peaceful temples, or Yokohama, that’s known for its waterfront views and Japan’s biggest Chinatown. Both are only an hour and 30 minutes away. Third, not bringing an empty suitcase. You’ll thank yourself after discovering Donkeyote, Muji, or vintage shop in Japan. So, you want to pack light so you can shop more. Save this if you’re planning a trip to Tokyo or take a friend who needs to see
