[Music] great stay yet again fourth time staying at this property great location and the breakfast and dinner were first class highly recommend very good location very good location staffs were very kind and accommodating the onsen is awesome really love this beautiful hotel friendly staff traditional hotel in onen in room location is good i hope I can be back again exceptional the staffs were super duper great at Worths mesmerizing service in Onen the outdoor fruit onen is amazing the aroma of fruits really takes you to another level of relaxation staffs are very nice they even rushed to the door to get me an umbrella while it’s raining outside the hotel has a nostalgic feel of being back in time which is one of my favorite parts during my stay don’t forget to check out the stairs they are filled with treasures i really enjoyed listening to the soft music while sipping coffee in the cozy lounge it was worth a stay lovely stay really enjoyed got the room with a private onen so it was really nice to be able to use it as and when really good breakfast and friendly staff repeat stay for us location is great near the canal and within walking distance thumbs up and highly recommended exceptional excellent location along the canal and near restaurants and shopping district the staff were attentive warm and helpful the hotel provides a tasty welcome snack in the room coffee tea wine and whiskey in the lobby the room I booked has a private onen which is really convenient great place to stay in if you’re looking for a cozy and traditional lodging with friendly andospitable staff best in Otaru my third trip to Otaru and my second stay at this hotel the best place to stay in Otaru
