It can be many other things if there is no bolt-on turbo. Stuff like oil pressure, oil temperature, or AFR.

Cant see what they are but I have 4 gauges in my car. Water temp Oil temp Oil pressure Turbo pressure.
You can have many more such as exhaust temp, AFR, etc..
MechGundam
No Turbo? But hoodscoop?
Probably voltage, oil pressure, oil temp, water temp

Oil temp and oil pressure are useful in any car, and actually rarely come from factory.

Well I’m pretty sure the one on the far right is a clock
The rest could be anything, as others have said

What they are is a way of looking like you have a modified car when you don’t… it the same kind of thing people who put intake hoods on na cars do…
There’s a couple of things these can be however.
Exhaust temp. (Common in 4×4)
Water temp.
Oil temp.
Oil pressure.
Water pressure.
Tachometer/shift light.
If it has nitrous could be a pressure gauge (indicates trigger is pressurized).

The ones in the centre, the right one is a clock hah.
The ignition is off, which makes me suspect that none of them actually do anything, anyway. However based on scales and numbers you can pick out, I think the other two in the middle are a volt meter on the left, and a coolant temperature in the middle.
The ones up the pillar would make more sense to be oil temp, oil pressure, I suspect they light up.

Water temp, oil temp, oil pressure.
Side pod gauges might be extra tachometers/speedometers as the stock one doesn’t go high enough anymore, maybe one is battery voltage.
There can also be nitrous pressure which would indicate how much nitrous is in the tank/whether the system is active.

In this case, these are poseur gauges.
It’s what happens when someone gets the modding bug but they started with the wrong platform.
