Found this car off facebook marketplace. Its a 1996 Skyline R33 Series 2 Type M with 94,127km (58,487 Mi) with an automatic. The owner mentions that its been hit earlier this year (left hand side) so they installed over fenders on both sides. The fenders are not cut and most of the quarter panel was pulled out with primer being applied to where the bare metal was. There is some surface rust with 1 dime sized rust hole in the trunk where the spare tire is.
Would this be worth buying? IMO probably not unless I had the funds to fix the rest of damage.
Oh yeah, he's asking $18k for it.

Not for 18k (assuming USD) and R33 is the least desirable to me
18k is a lot for a auto de with a smashed in quarter at 93k miles
25de… auto.
I’d consider it for $500-$1000as a rolling body with accident damage.
But for 18k I would laugh hysterically
No, no way, not for $18k. In that state it’s $1800 o.n.o.
I wouldn’t buy it for $5K. The frame is probably bent under the rear corner panel. That’s a half ass job for a “repair”, wide body kit doesn’t magically fix the damage.
This is the type of car that makes 0 sense to buy auto. I wonder how some still even exist without ever getting swapped. I can understand the supra since lots of older folks ended up getting one to cruise around but this here is nonsense. A swap costs me 10k where i live so it’s a big time no for me. Maybe for 10k to cleanup, fix and resell.
In any case I’d be worried about it having a warped chassis regardless of what the seller says.
