okay it’s uh 9 in the morning and we got are you happy okay now we are going to take the sh oh m m is there m is already there you can wait here you can wait outside cuz I have to get the [Music] tickets so you have to put both tickets at the same time for the shink and that’s crazy that’s the first time I see this [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Nagano was really a highlight for the both of us the two main attractions are the snow monkey Park and the rather unexpected discovery of a snowy track in a remote Village let let us explain it all we were warmly welcomed at our hotel the doyu ray hotel at reception they were so friendly that they offered us a larger room for a slight extra charge indeed our suitcases apparently wouldn’t fit in the initial room very nice very the other room no it’s just one way one way [Music] 20 you have the boooks oops [Music] the this is not cute this is porn porn can the city itself isn’t particularly extraordinary apart from a beautiful Temple which mate and I didn’t even see today it’s snowing snowing [Music] like what do we do on the snowy [Music] day this is make a bo b donkey hot was oh my God we’re going to go in the mega donkey hotel where we realize that the Japanese have no talent in display and Design [Music] in short those were pretty much the highlights of the city itself however when it comes to food we remember the delicious Ramen at misoya which ranks in our top three ramen places of the trip with its special handmade noodles from Nagano but what was truly memorable was first the snow monkey Park so today we are going to the snow monkey Parks so we have to wait at the bus to catch a bus and then go to the park [Music] has [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music] the monkeys even have their own hot springs on scents and spend their days soaking in them [Music] to Monkey thank you so [Music] good soup for the end no soup for now for first yeah really yeah but then I have to your P he prepared everything and I just him so what do we do today we go to toi to toi to toak cushi toak cushi and the second highlight which is also a huge highlight of the entire trip by the way was this very spontaneous expedition to togakushi mate literally woke me up to say Emma I found a nice hike let’s go now because it’s an hour from here okay I quickly put on my hiking gear and off we went leaving our friends for the [Music] day so we got off here in the middle of nowhere to get cushi is a pitous village known for its Shinu shrines hiking trails and tranquil atmosphere [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] our initial idea was to hike to the five trains but with the amount of snow there was we were in trouble right from the start trying to access the trail however we found a way to bypass the initial path and take the main roads which allowed us to do a patchwor hike of over 12 km ending with the most beautiful Shrine togakushi okusa also known as OSHA [Music] [Music] [Music] it’s surrounded by Majestic centes old Sedar trees creating a sacred and impressive atmosphere it was absolutely magnificent and so enjoyable to hike through all that’s new [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] shoes not meant for [Applause] [Music] this with the snow the tempers on top of the mountain were only half visible and the shrine gate was smaller than me it was magical [Music] honestly it’s one of the best moment of the trip for mate and me so far we came back completely exhausted but super happy in the evening we just grabbed the DT with our friends before sinking into a deep sleep so we are living today with a good English yeah and we wait for our friends they’re going to come the next day it’s already time to depart for the next step kazawa we are in kazawa go kazawa look at this incredible train station a big Shen Shen yeah a shrine gun no it’s a good uh entrance for a TR station let’s wait for the five oh wow welcome a it looks so great we stay in the guest house a small in that contrasts with the previous hotels we stayed that okay and your room is here this is our room okay [Music] technology cool own window here yeah we have a good window oh def frosting one oh I want to try no can I try this want I [Music] have upon arrival we Str around omish show Market to taste a few things but there wasn’t much that was very appetizing [Music] try as well oh good a few moments later so we are going to go to McDonald’s today because we wanted to try the local McDonald’s bar to see if it’s better or not so we thought well a little exception to the trip let’s try the local McDonald’s so this is the we need Japanese McDonald the Sakura Burger something with mat and the nice tea that is not sweet that’s really nice I like it and they put this so I can swe my uh my IC tea but I don’t want and then we have AME and the the burger seem really interesting we’re going to see oh this is the chicky chicky they have the food we are just recording hey hello we are doing the food wait how are you supposed to do the CH you can’t well we can say that in 4 days we had time to explore Canada between nagami the samurai District where we visited the Ninja Temple katami known for its Gaya districts and elegant atmosphere and especially the CH District beautiful little quiet streets with Japanese style whe [Music] [Music] n [Music] of course we also visited kazawa castle and it’s magnificient Garden in the rain [Music] we got to visit the inside but it was so cold we will remember that the Japanese are excellent in architecture but not in insulation and we even had to walk Barefoot on the freezing [Music] floor okay now we’re going to try to find a coffee place because we are really really cold wow you know what they want to do you know what they want to that’s really ni w [Music] [Music] [Music] feel [Music] [Music] [Music] nothing in Kaza we also found some great places to eat well aside from McDonald’s but joking aside I particularly remember the delicious ooden noodles at daia in the katashi district as well as Buon OU for his SOA noodles and tempor vegetables a delight the incredible sushi at kurin [Music] Sushi we pretty much ended up a bit tipsy with the sake and to Crown this culinary experience we even all attended the sushi class in honor to jiva’s birthday nice you too [Music] profession yeah admire this incredible creations look at the bur we have a [Music] [Music] enjoy your birthday conrat if I like this I’m going to show my your ho I figured out immediately that it’s not going to be comtable at all for me but it’s still going to be fun you’re going to pay a lot of money for table this was good one I should get that one so you disappointed yeah it has the taste of a cardboard no I mean it’s not that bad no it’s frozen cardo so this evening wasn’t the best evening in terms of food no we [ __ ] up on the whole line this last day was highlighted by a wonderful tea ceremony in one of the oldest house in kazawa [Music] this is so niome [Music] look at the good along with two other tourist coupl we learned how to receive tea it’s quite a process and how to prepare it in summary you must purify your hands and mouths at The Source located in front of the Tea House enter the house Barefoot and sit down at appreciate the interior of the room and particularly focus on the decorated alov where there is usually a high C to read while your host brings all the utensils to the center of the room watch your host clean the utan souls for the te preparation even if they have been washed before it’s a sign of respect to show your guests that the utensils are carefully cleaned the host then prepares the tea putting a bit of matcha Po in the bowl pouring water from the teapot and vigorously whisking the matcha with the Whisk for everything that is served to you bow as a sign of thanks eat the small pass through the host offers before the tea you are served one by one the first person thanks the host for the tea and apologizes for for starting to drink addressing the next person they grasp the ball with both hands and turn it to two small turns with their right hand then they drink it to the last door making a small sound to show they even drun the matcha fo which is a sign of appreciation the next person is said they must thank the previous person with whom they shared this moment apologize to the next person and thank the host for this moment they follow the same ritual and so on the phrases to say are should IIM this means I will now proceed with the te preparation and it’s said by the host just before starting the Tetro Oak this means excuse me for drinking before you and is said by the first guest who drinks the tea to show respect to the other guests oaim this phrase is used by the guests to express their gratitude before drinking the tea it literally means I will receive the bowl of tea this is the line for the bark visit two days ago so [Music] crowded behind left behind the left the behind the side with the way the three right left Theo behind the side with the way the three [Music] okay today it’s the departure for KY where is my my’s coming this is the big storm this is horrible I’m losing my [Music] umbrella the idea will be to take a connection first the connection is in [Music] Toyama okay we already [ __ ] up with the
