[Music] hi and welcome to my hotel and room tour at the caption by Hayatt Namba Osaka we spent three nights here in this busy and exciting neighborhood it is located near several popular destinations including Kuraman Market and Dot Bori as you enter the lobby is very inviting with all sorts of decorations to look at a super cool vibe going on in this place for sure the front desk is immediately after you enter and offers tablet checkin or out but the staff intercepted me before I could try it at the front desk you can also grab various toiletry items you may need for your [Music] stay our two twins with city view room was on the ninth floor at only 215 square feet we squeezed our family of four in it not ideal but we made it work the designers did a great job with the overall look and theme throughout this hotel [Music] i was very impressed with the stylistic touches and the attention to details for example the katana sword handles on this closed hanger post and on this lamp these katana guards are coat hangers two near the door and two on this corkboard [Music] the bathroom was clean and bright with simple modern touches and what I call a smart toilet that has an automatic flushing feature the shower pressure and temperature was excellent and even had a stool to [Music] sit these are magnetic door signs to notify housekeeping of your room status and is a great touch every hotel should have this since no door tags ever stay on the doororknobs located on the second floor is the fitness center with a few cardio machines free weights and one bench they were clean and sufficient for a basic workout also on the second floor are two all-in-one laundry machines that can wash and dry the maximum load is 6 kg and laundry detergent is included with a fee via coins or the local payment app it was busy with guests lining up ready to throw a [Music] load as Hyatt Globalist members our family received complimentary breakfast at the restaurant named Talk Shop located in the lobby quite a few options including several Japanese and Western breakfast sets the restaurant is fun with a central table for guests to work eat chat or relax some menu items were an additional charge but it was worth it especially the special beef plate if you want sushi or sashimi make your way to Kuraman Market which is about a 5-minute walk overall a really hip and contemporary hotel in a great neighborhood with excellent value even with the recent upgrade from a category 1 to category 2 hotel point redemption if I’m in Osaka again I will plan to book a stay at this hotel what do you think
