Short video of KUMAMOTO:

Took a peaceful walk through Suizenji Jojuen Garden. The garden is a masterpiece of landscape design—winding paths, koi ponds, stone bridges, and a teahouse overlooking perfectly sculpted hills inspired by Mount Fuji. It’s calm, quiet, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Toward the end of the visit, you catch a glimpse of Kumamoto Castle—a striking, black-walled fortress rising in the distance. One of Japan’s most iconic castles, it stood strong through centuries of history, earthquakes, and even samurai rebellion. Though damaged in 2016, its ongoing restoration is a testament to the city’s spirit. 🇯🇵🏯🌸
