Does Anyone Know of a List of Fastest Japanese Production Cars by Year?


I'm sure at one point it was the Toyota 2000GT. In 1981 it was the Mazda Cosmo Turbo which was later bested by the Nissan Skyline (R30) RS Turbo. Does anyone know a full list of the fastest Japanese production car by top speed per year?

    I mean from the late 80s to pretty much now it’s gonna be nissan skyline gtr. Or nissan gtr. It’s gonna be a fairly boring list with maybe a mention of the nsx and mk4 supra.
