[Music] Feels like home. Easy to reach from Kyoto station. Subway. Excellent location. Very clean and nice touches. Charming little garden and floral arrangement. Host is very courteous and caring. Although he doesn’t speak much English, he still was able to give me great advice about temples to visit. He was always there to make sure everything was fine. Adorable room. I stayed in the tiny single room which was quaint and cozy. It was rather cold in Kyoto during my stay, but the room has an effective heater and a super fluffy comforter. The futon is thinish and on the floor, so you have to be comfortable with it. Personally, I love it and I slept very well. The neighborhood is great and the Hagashi Yyama subway stop is just around the corner. The only minor drawback is that the walls are very thin and you will probably hear your neighbor at some point. But overall, it’s a charming place that I would fully recommend. Best place I stayed for my whole Japan trip. Basically, this hotel is an old Japanese house run by Japanese grandpa. He is very nice and kind. Reminds me of my grandpa. The room is small, simple, and clean. I stay in oneperson room, and the room looks fantastic. This place feels like home. Not recommended for nightlife person because the owner will close the front door around 10 or 11 p.m. if I’m not wrong. It is his house after all. But overall, this is the best place I stay in Japan for my trip. warm welcome and impressive rooms. Great. Avery comfortable and heartwarming stay. It was a very great experience. The guest house is full of traditional uniqueness from the Japanese garden to the Japanese style room. The culture impact is strong and wonderful. It was near to subway station which is very convenience for us. The guest house was surrounded by traditional houses and the people around are very friendly. In short, it was a wonderful stay. Fantastic, comfortable and great location. There’s a market and scenic river nearby. Superb. It is a great stay in this hotel in Kyoto itself near to Busman subway train station. It also near with market which easy for us to buy drinks, vegetables, fruits etc. The hotel have a common pantry and complete with microwave oven, toaster oven, fridge, electric multi cooker, kettle but unfortunately the wash machine is not working. Anyway, it is not a problem because there is 24 hours laundry shop. While waiting for the wash and drying, we can go to nearby mart/shop to buy our stuff. The place is very clean. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other guests, there is always cleaner. Come and check the cleanliness. Really recommended place. Nice staff, nice staff, and good location. A nice one, nice stay. It is a good place and I give my full recommendation. The transport is convenient. It is not near the city center but is very close to Hagashi train stations. Travel to eastern sightseeing locations such as Gakuji and Io is especially fast by direct bus lines. The stay is cousin and value for money is good. The only disappointment is that being a Japanese style house, the soundproof is not excellent. Good. Very good. A s warune full house. Perfect. Stean perfect point near one could not be evaluated since not tried but outside recommendation in traditional Japanese restaurant was top. Great Rioan. Clean bathroom. Nice traditional room close to train station.
