Quick bites. I’ve never had takoyaki, which is kind of surprising because I’ve had many opportunities, but it’s a famous Japanese food and it’s particularly famous here in Osaka, so I thought I’d finally give it a try. Here’s my takoyaki. Has fish flakes on top that are dancing. It’s really fun to watch. And some sauce that I’m not really familiar with. So, let’s give these a try. really hot. Yeah, they’re like little balls of batter and they’re a little bit crispy on the outside. The batter is a little softer on the inside. There’s a nice chewy piece of squid on the inside, which was really nice. The takoyaki sauce is a little bit sweet. I thought I would like it more than I am, but it’s decent. It’s pretty good. For six pieces, it was less than $5, so pretty cheap snack to get somewhere. [Music]
