HEADPHONES RECOMMENDED – BINAURAL AUDIO
Ginza is the top luxury shopping district in Tokyo, where you will find the flagship stores of countless international luxury brands, as well as many smaller shops and big department stores selling everything from fresh food to underwear.
It used to be a very popular area by wealthier Japanese people. But in recent years, mass tourism has quite dramatically changed the spirit of the area, which is good for business but also makes fewer local residents visit the district these days.
In this video, which starts at Shimbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, I will take you on a tour through most of the main streets of Ginza, as well as a few smaller side streets near Ginza Station. I also walk down to Yurakucho Station served by the JR Yamanote Line.
The audio in this video was captured with a using a separate Binaural Microphone, to improve the audio quality. Please let me know what you think. Headphones are strongly recommended for a more immersive experience.
