Hello, everyone! This time, we’re introducing an amazing hotel you can stay at for under 10,000 yen, with all-you-can-eat freshly baked bread, rice balls, and snacks! We’ll share all the hotel details and food information! If there’s a hotel you’d like us to visit or one you’re curious about, let us know in the comments! We also have giveaway information, so stay tuned until the end! We’re starting our trip from Kokura Station, located near the Kanmon Straits and known as the gateway to Honshu. Here’s the location. We were hungry, so we excitedly started walking through the town! Can’t wait to see what kind of shops we’ll find. Wow, we found Ichiran, my favorite tonkotsu ramen restaurant! Look at this! It looks absolutely delicious. First, a sip of the soup. The soup is rich but not smelly, full of the natural umami of pork bones. It’s so good. The noodles are thin and straight, just like in Hakata-style ramen, designed to go perfectly with the soup. Ahh, delicious. I genuinely think that. I already want to come back and eat it again. The Murasaki River flows right by Kokura Castle—an essential part of Kokura’s scenery. Kokura Castle Garden is a beautiful Japanese garden located on the east side of Kokura Castle. There’s a traditional wooden building that recreates an Edo-period samurai residence, letting you glimpse how they lived. You can view Kokura Castle’s main keep from the veranda of the study room. The blend of historical architecture and garden scenery is like a painting. Kokura Castle features a striking five-story keep with beautiful white walls. Located in Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, it’s a beautiful castle symbolic of Kokura. It’s also known as Katsuyama Castle or Shigetsu Castle, and was built by Tadaoki Hosokawa after the Battle of Sekigahara. We’ve arrived at the souvenir shop inside Kokura Castle. We found some fun Kokura Castle goods! A model you assemble like a puzzle… made of paper!? That’s amazing! I’m shocked it’s made out of paper! A samurai helmet made of paper?! Incredible! An armor-themed bottle cover! There are so many fun goods—it’s a blast! Got a souvenir for a viewer giveaway♪ Stay tuned for the announcement later! We’ve arrived at the hotel we’ll be staying at. The hotel is located here! It’s within walking distance of Kokura Station, Kokura Castle, and department stores—super convenient for sightseeing. Let’s check out the room right away! It’s about 9 square meters. A bit small, maybe? The bed looks like a semi-double size. The room is small, but the 24-hour all-you-can-eat light meals are the big draw. And it’s only JPY 8,131 per night. Super cheap! The pillow feels a bit firm. The bed is firm too. There are two power outlets above the bed. Netflix is available!!! Wait—are you serious!? Wait, is that the profile of the previous guest?! Is this a free service too? The air conditioner is powerful and super comfortable. The hair dryer has great airflow and heat—no complaints here. The room is a little dark. I wonder if it could be brighter? This is the brightest it gets! A classic thing in Japanese hotels: the fridge is empty. There are two chairs. The air purifier is working hard. The slippers are a bit small! I’m starving! Let’s head out to find some dinner♪ Found the cheapest oyster spot in Kokura! The sauce and fried shrimp go together perfectly—so good! My favorite, fried oysters! They look delicious! Oh my gosh, this is amazing! Oysters with 10 different seasonings. They look soooo tasty. So freaking good! A hot pot rice bowl topped with salmon roe, oysters, mentaiko, crab, and egg yolk—so luxurious! It smells absolutely amazing and looks incredibly tasty. This is to die for! This shop offers desserts made with green tea. The rich aroma and slight bitterness of the matcha spread through my mouth—so good. Kokura Castle lit up at night—it’s magical and beautiful. Let’s climb up to the top of the castle tower. JPY 350 per adult. Wow, there’s a stylish café in the castle tower. Unfortunately, it was already closed. The castle is lovely during the day, but the night view with the lights adds a special charm. Freshly baked and piping hot! Packed with red bean filling. I could eat this every day—it’s that good! On the first floor of the hotel, there’s a wide selection of amenities. Tons of free goodies and even face masks—it’s awesome. There were loads of free snacks and light meals! All of this is free? That’s amazing! This hotel offers freshly baked bread and drinks—all free! Even jam and butter are free! Drinks are free too! Soup is also free! Isn’t that incredible? You can eat as much as you want, anytime, 24 hours a day—for free! I got too excited about the free service and toasted too much bread. It’s delicious! This bread is free and all‑you‑can‑eat 24/7! Amazing! This hotel is the best! I’m planning to have the free snacks as a late‑night bite. I checked out the coin laundry on the first floor. There’s a rest area next to it, and you can eat the free breakfast here. The water flow is a bit weak, maybe? It’s old, but it does have a bidet toilet seat. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap. The tap water is drinkable and the water pressure feels good. The shower’s water pressure and temperature are good too. The bathtub is on the small side. Good morning! Time for the free breakfast! In the morning, along with free bread, they even serve rice balls. Free rice balls—too good! Free bread, rice balls, soup, yogurt—everything is delicious! Be sure to experience the “free‑for‑all festival” at this hotel! Amazing Human Body Origami Conveyor‑Belt Sushi Origami Kumamoto Tea Pokémon Blocks Naruto Chopsticks Kumamoto Lantern Magnet Kokura Castle Souvenir Paper Knife of Oda Nobunaga’s Sword When we hit 10,000 subscribers, we’ll give everything here to one lucky person.
