About
Metalcore outfit DEXCORE hit the road starting this May for their “WE WERE HERE” tour in support of their 2nd full-length album of the same name. Spanning 15 cities across Japan, the tour kicks off on May 10th in Kanazawa and concludes with the tour final on August 2nd at Shibuya WWW X.
Formed in 2016 by ex-DEATHGAZE drummer Naoki, DEXCORE made their debut at Visuttoke!!Festtoke!! 2016 in Nagoya. Despite early lineup changes and Naoki’s departure in 2020, the band pressed forward, releasing their first full album ‘[METEMPSYCHOSIS.]’—a two-part, multi-edition release featuring over 30 tracks. Since then, they have continued to build their presence with an EP, multiple singles, and performances at major events like JILUKA’s MAD PIT FES and their own DEX FEST.
