I am back to The Ritz Carlton KL! This time for The Ritzy Weekend Feast with Chef Moka on every Friday and Saturday from now until 31 May 2025, Colbalt Room at The Ritz Carlton KL.
Chef Moka from Niseko Hokkaido offers his signature dishes like Sea Bream Carpaccio with Fresh Tomato Sauce, Spaghetti with Seasonal FireFly Squid, Cartoccio of Salmon with Salsa Verde sauce and Scallop Chawanmushi of Fumet De Poisson Topped with Salmon Roe.
Don’t forget the other food available for the buffet such as the griil, the seafood and the desserts!
