SEATAC, Wash. — Alaska Airlines is now offering nonstop flights from Sea-Tac Airport to Tokyo, joining three competitors in growing the airport’s slate of direct flights to international destinations.
Sea-Tac will soon offer nonstop service to 33 international cities, including Copenhagen and Seoul.
As of 2023, 25 airlines operated international routes from Sea-Tac. By the end of 2025, that number is expected to reach 36. This expansion comes before Seattle will serve as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
