Whats up everyone. Really basic question but I’m looking to replace the stereo in my ‘94 Surf.
I was hoping to also ditch the cigarette port charger with a wired CarPlay unit, but nothing that I see has ports on the unit itself. Any unit with wired connection seems to rely on pre-wired ports in the dash or center console like new cars have.
Has anyone ran into this before? It seems my only option to charge and play music at the same time is cigarette charger + wireless CarPlay unit.

Can get a headunit with a USB port, many come with them. My pioneer deh5200bt has one which I use for flash drive but can charge a phone all the same
