Wedding the day on my first day in Tokyo. In the morning, I went to this cafe and got this matcha crispy toast. So, basically, it was so crispy on the outside and the inside is just super soft. After that, I made a quick stop at 7-Eleven for these strawberry cream toast. It was my first time trying it and it did not disappoint. Next up, I went to an on a Jerry place. I went with the mayo tuna. I don’t know what this is called, but it was so good. Before we moved on, I had a smoothie and then I grabbed ice matcha latte with my friends. It was super bitter, so a bit unusual for me. Now, moving on to the best part of the day. The dinner was amazing. We went to one of the best Omacasa spots in Tokyo. Let me walk you through the experience. We had sea urchin egg custard, fish broth, and of course, bunch of neries. The chef prepared all the dishes with such care and precision. Every plate that came out was just like a work of art. The attention to detail was unreal. from the way the fish was sliced to the perfect balance of ingredients on each dish. So, as you can see, it wasn’t just about the food, it was about the whole experience of sitting at the counter and watching the chefs work their magic. It was about 2 hours and it was worth every cent. So, if you come to Japan, definitely try outas. It’s going to be absolutely unforgettable.
