[Music] Hi Skye. Today we are in Namba area and today we’re going to go to wait Namba Yasaka Shrine. Okay. What is important about this place? Uh we’ll read that when we get there. We don’t know the history of it but we know that we have to go because we saw it online. Everybody go there, right? Yeah. Okay. But yeah, we’ll show you when we get there. Okay. This town feel beautiful more than Tokyo. Yeah. Not Not many people. Not many people. I think they’re at work right now. It’s about 10:00 already. Oh, yeah. Too. Yeah. But the train that we just got on, it was pretty busy because I think people were trying to get to work. It was at 9:30. So very eventful train ride. We planned to get out at 7. Yeah. But took a little bit more time for us. We need a full rest. Full rest. Okay. We cross here and then we cross there. No jaywalking here. No jaywalking. Jaywalk. What does that mean? You can’t cross without the green light from the walkway and then turn left here. So we cross and then left here. Okay. [Music] There we go. [Music] blessing blessed stay blessed. So we done from here on to the next. So what is next? So next we are going to Shintanoti temple and the oldest temple in all Japan and the whole Japan. You find a way so Okay, let’s go. Let’s Let’s get lost together. Let’s get lost together. Let’s get lost but together somewhere. Let’s get lost together somewhere. Okay, left. [Music] So finally we take like 10 minutes walk from the train station train station and then here this is the oldest um temple in Japan. It’s called Shin Shiten Noji Temple. Mhm. It’s a Buddhist temple. Believe so. Yes. Darling. [Music] [Music] So, unfortunately, we cannot take any videos or pictures inside uh in a respectful way. So, Bruno and I went all the way up there. Yeah. [Music] [Music] Now after we walk about 10 minutes, my leg about to stop working. We already arrived here in Osaka Castle. Yes. [Music] [Music] So, I’m here doing The tour in Japan, you should get ready with a lot of walking and being umbrella and comfortable shoe. [Music] [Music] It’s a good thing. Blessing all over my [Music] face. Oh, look at this. [Music] So, we tried to find some cafe And then Nikki look it up. So this cafe have animals in it. Um well one specifically that we want to see it is called Oh these are good areas. Yeah. It’s called the animal that we’re particularly looking for. It is called capab. It I it’s um like a rat. Yeah. Is that rat mixed with a pig? I would personally I have no idea. Guinea pig. It’s called rodent. So it’s typically a rat, but it’s a huge one. So okay, we’re going to play with the rat. Exactly. That’s what we’re hoping for. And yeah, we’ll see what we do. Let me see. Oh, [Music] Nikki area. Exactly. Oh my god. We’re going to come back here. We’re coming back for it. Coming back. Here. No. Oh, here. [Music] So, this is the um price and time how much we want to spend here. And um these are the animals that um we’re going to be looking. So, we’re on the first we’re on the second floor. There’s the one that we went to see. And there’s llama rabbit. So, we can’t play with this one. No, not yet. These three are not going to come until 6:00. Oh, I would like to get to play with this one. [Music] Where do we feeding the over here? Right there. It’s [Music] coming. Foreign [Music] [Music] Goodbye. [Music] Goodbye tonight. [Music] I don’t know. [Music] I [Music] could [Music] [Music] only goodbye kind of Oh, tonight. [Music] Okay, from now going to take over. Nikki and Bruno going to take over. I’m going to go back to the hotel because they’re going to take um s tour. So, don’t get drunk because tomorrow you’re going to have to wake up early and it’s your birthday. Don’t hang on your birthday going to be horrible feeling. Yes. Horrible feelings. Yes. Bye. Tomorrow we’re going to Okay, let’s go. Okay, so we are in we walked over around this area right after we dropped mom off at the um metro station and Bruno really really wants to try a Starbucks drink that it is made from um sweet potato Japanese sweet herbal tomato keep seeing it everywhere and everybody keeps getting it like curious about it see what the hype It’s about and he obviously um convinced me to share it with him too because obviously you can’t do it alone. So here I am and here we are. Let’s see what it’s all about here. Almost there. There’s the billboard about it. Let’s see. Let’s see here. that. So, here we go. The line starts out here outside of the Starbucks. And yeah, we are having a first taste test [Music] of butter. Yeah, I think that’s what we’re like 8 minutes away from the tour. So, we should be okay. We’re now 5:30. It’s only 7:05. 7507. We’ll be fine. [Music] One small, please. Oh, okay. Here. For here, please. All right, let’s see. How’s the taste? Super good. It’s actually good. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. All right, we’re just going to relax for the next 5 minutes or so. Then we’ll start walking towards the tour meeting point and get started with our [Music] park. All right, so um we were walking and I came across a store that has really cool shirts. I got two of them and maybe I’ll wear it tomorrow when you know I’ll show you when we get to the meetup spot because right now the street’s a little busy. Look [Music] see what this tour is all about. supposed to last us about like what couple of hours or so. So yeah, nice. So there are eight of us and let’s go. Let’s give it all tightness. And so this is paying homage to that over there. You would just go to different stalls and pick up a stick or a bite here and then walk to the next one, drink there. This one we get to sit in one place, but we could try food from all the famous restaurants in this area. So this is kind of like the popup in one place, but we get to eat some of. So yeah, we’re going to have some great oaf and generally great Japanese food tonight. [Music] Excited. Very nice. So here say what? Say to the camera what you just told me. So basically the way this restaurant works inside and there’s little stalls basically from my understanding is so each different stall part of Osaka. So you try all of one spot it’s a lot of Here you are. So we’re in this one. And then there’s another store over there. Another one over there. One more down there. And then yeah, there’s one more over there. Excited. And we’ll wait and then later. Nice and refreshing. A little heat. That’s good. Little appetizers. You like it? This is yakitori, which is basically grilled chicken sticks. So, we’ll just go ahead and take one. My pleasure. Oh, I’m taking it from here. There we go. Chicken. So the next food came from fried chicken. [Music] I haven’t eaten. Yeah, his chomp and so it goes. [Music] Nice and juicy. saucy too. Next chicken that’s coming through is called basically a chicken thigh with leak or onions green onion. [Applause] Right. That was good. Yeah. It’s so juicy. Oh, the chicken [Music] hands. has a good crunch, right? Next one we have is a trumpet mushroom ini. It’s with some like ponzu, which is like a kind of a citrus soy sauce. And on the side over here is shaped fish called. So yeah, just take a few and enjoy. I’m still enjoying me a cucumber. Let’s try the mushrooms. Yum. Snacking on the mummy. Still snacking on cucumber. [Music] Oh, it’s oily. That’s what it was. We’re foodies, so we’re eat a lot. Sorry. I ordered a lot. So, [Music] wow. The goodness you doing a beer. Go for it. You doing a beer? No, you’re not. Okay. Oh, we did. We got high ball. Oh, you guys going easy drinking stuff. Sneak up on you later. So, I’ll explain the fish for you guys. So starting from the bottom three and then I’ll go from right to left. So over here we have freshwater eel. We have octopus. We have halibu or kind of flatfish topped with plum. Over here we have this tuna. Then we have I believe scallop with some ikura which is salmon roast. We have chopped up tuna with some scallions. Then we have raw shrimp, squid, salmon, sea bream. This is Let me just double check that. Yeah, this is sea bream fatty tuna and then yellow tail. Oh, okay. Perfect. Thank you. Yum. This should be about three pieces per person. So, ground chicken. So, good. I’ll take whatever. I don’t want to be selfish. Just put that sauce in. Just keep going with the sauces, please. [Music] Oh, need more on that one. Uh, yes, please. What are we going to do? [Music] That’s it. But it’s steaming hot right now. Look at this. I know that’s not going to stop you. So, try I think for whatever Bruno approved on to the next that we’re done with our first place. Two drinks down. All righty. Let’s go. Some of these bars are are called uh members. They’re basically members bar. And what that means, it’s not like you buy a Costco membership or anything like that. It’s basically whether the bar master likes you. You have to be introduced by a patron and then if you pass the vibe check, you get to come back. V check. There’s one right here. And usually people are all not everybody gets to They’re dressed by my uh even the locals. This is also where they get the sake and then they have a bunch of stuff. Look at this. It’s looks Look at that. All righty, we’re done with the standing bar. Sake was really good. And on to the next tune. Hey. Yeah. Please wait. Okay. Now, okay. Please wait. Please wait. Please wait. Just answer. Okay. Okay. Okay. [Applause] What? What city? What city is this? Tokyo. This Tokyo. No. [Laughter] Oh man, that’s a good place. They’re really cool. So polite here. The next part. No, originally this was a tea house. And so in the tea house, basically you have to bow to enter. When you bow and enter, you do status. Now it’s a bar where you bow and enter. You status talk to anyone else. Also, these doors are make sure no one can stab a stab from the back. You got a hit on you. Go ahead. We bow. Should we bow or no? [Music] That’s it. We got to squeeze. Squeeze. I think only four and a half. You wanted that? Uh, they’re both the same percentages. I went strong and taste [Applause] really easy. Put the masculine way of saying this again. That makes me come fly to our new [Music] All righty. So, we already parted with the group. How did you think? What do you think about it? Definitely worth it. Worth it. The tour guys was awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. It was like one almost like kind of one drink per um per bar. Uh well, my birthday is tomorrow and we told the tour guide that and they were like, “Oh, let’s just, you know, your birthday is today so we get some free drinks and whatever.” So, we said, “Perfect. My birthday’s today.” So, we got a free not free shots because the other guy paid for it because his birthday is next week. Yeah. So, he paid for it. It’s 4,800 yen. That was like nothing. There were like what? Almost like 10 like 11 of us in there. So, yeah, that was awesome. That was so fun. That was so cool. Okay, I’m going to do a little bit of shopping here before we leave for the night to go to um Osaka. Not Osaka, we’re in Osaka, Kyoto tomorrow. And because I’m breaking out, so I really need face wash. Literally, this face is not okay. So, I’m going to do a little bit of shopping and then leave and go home for the night. Perfect. And we’ll see you tomorrow with mom. Bye. Byebye. Byebye.
