A cowshed in Esashi Town located at the northern part of the Hokkaido main island burned down on April 17.
The owner of the ranch reported the fire to the fire department around 3AM.
The fire was extinguished after four and a half hours, but the cowshed had completely burned down.
According to the fire department, no one was hurt in the fire, but 38 cows inside the shed were damaged.
The police and fire department are investigating damages and the cause of the fire.
