Vegetables are very important and valuable ingredients for winter life. So our ancestors ware thinking ‘we gonna keep freshness veggies during winter…. But how?’ So they find the best way to using snow!

They find that way makes high sugar content! Why!?

After two years, they finally made it! A group of ten people came all the way from Singapore. They had actually reached out to us two years ago, but at that time we were fully booked and couldn’t take their reservation. And now, this year, they contacted us again and finally joined our tour in December. A dream two years in the making has come true. Moments like this truly make me feel grateful for running this tour.

I was a bit worried about the snowfall, but luckily it came just in time for the tour. On the day, everyone was deeply moved by the fresh snow-covered cabbages, the beautiful winter scenery, and the pure white snowfields. The snow lunch warmed them up—cold snow and hot cabbage soup made the perfect contrast. It turned out to be a day full of satisfaction.
