Welcome to Day 1 of an epic 5-day motorcycle adventure through Kumamoto Prefecture, as part of my Project 47 journeyβ€”riding through all 47 prefectures of Japan on my trusty Honda GB350s! 🏍️

In this episode, I start my morning leaving a peaceful campsite and hit the road solo, carving through stunning mountain passes and scenic sakura-filled parks. Here’s what you’ll see in this episode:

🌸 Ride down a perfect mountain road surrounded by cherry blossoms
πŸŒ‹ Head north towards Mt. Aso, Japan’s largest active volcano
πŸ›£οΈ Navigate the narrow and challenging Route 445β€”not for the faint of heart!
🌸 Cruise through Kujukumagari Takamori Natural Park, lined with sakura
πŸ’§ Visit the serene Shirakawa Springs at the base of Mt. Aso
🏍️ Check out a giant motorcycle statue
πŸ”₯ Wind down at a campsite, where I meet a fellow rider and YouTuber
πŸ‘₯ Special guest: こまくさCAMP β€” check out his awesome camping content!

πŸ“This journey blends motorcycle touring, solo camping, scenic landscapes, and the real connections made along the way.
