This year’s theatrical version of “Detective Conan: The Million Dollar Journey” is set in Hakodate, Hokkaido! We will provide information on “Detective Conan” collaboration events, such as stamp rallies and wrapped trains, that will be held in Hokkaido from this spring.
1Hakodate Town Tour Stamp Rally & Photo Spot Panel

A stamp rally will be held to take visitors around Hakodate, the setting of the movie and a popular tourist destination. Visitors can visit 10 rally spots in Hakodate and collect stamps at five locations to receive original goods on a first-come, first-served basis, and can also enter a drawing to win AR photo frames and other prizes depending on the locations they visit.

In addition, the “Hakodate Town Tour Map” (stamp rally map), which lists locations that appear in the film and spots for the stamp rally, will be distributed at various locations in Hakodate. Take the map with you on a tour of Hakodate, the town where the film was set.

2Hakodate City Tram/Hakodate Bus Collaboration

Hakodate City Tram will operate as an original wrapping train, and the inside of the train will be colored in Conan colors. In addition, visitors can listen to announcements made by the voice of the main character Conan Edogawa (CV: Minami Takayama) at six stops: “Yunokawa,” “Yunokawa Onsen,” “Goryokaku Koen-mae,” “Shofu-cho,” “Hakodate Ekimae,” and “Jujigai.

Buses with original wrapping also operate on Hakodate city routes. At some stops, visitors can listen to an announcement by Conan Edogawa (CV: Minami Takayama).

3Hakodate Bus & City Tram Common 1-day Pass on sale

Following the collaboration with the tram and buses, a limited number of Hakodate bus and tram common one-day passes will be sold. The design uses an original “Hakodate x Detective Conan” illustration.

In commemoration of the film’s release, welcome flags featuring the film’s visuals and original illustrations will appear at various locations in Hakodate. They welcome tourists and fans visiting Hakodate.

5Hakodate Ropeway “Detective Conan” collaboration project

Hakodate Ropeway, popular among tourists, will hold a collaboration project until Monday, September 30. Hakodate ropeway foot station will be wrapped and an original photo spot panel will be installed at the top of Mt. In addition, there will be an Instagram submission campaign, ropeway information broadcasts will be in Conan’s voice, and much more.
6Naked Detective Konan Plaza
The Detective Conan sales event “Detective Conan Plaza” will be held in Hakodate, where the movie is set. The main visual is the first three-person visual of Conan, Heiji, and Phantom Thief Kid, drawn by Conan Plaza. All the goods of Detective Conan will be gathered in one place.
7Detective Conan exhibition commemorating the 30th anniversary of the serialization
An exhibition event commemorating the 30th anniversary of the serialization of the Detective Conan manga series. In addition to an in-depth look at the history and appeal of the series through six themes, a special movie that can only be seen at this exhibition and valuable early setting materials will also be on display for the first time.

8Detective Conan Cafe open for a limited time
To celebrate the release of the movie, collaboration cafes will open for a limited time at 10 venues in 7 cities nationwide, including Sapporo. The theme is “Garden Party. The main visual is a newly-drawn illustration of the characters holding dried flowers and bouquets in garden party-inspired costumes on a terrace or in a garden. In addition, a menu inspired by Hakodate, Hokkaido, where the movie version is set, will be offered.
