We visited the Kyoto Gyeon National Garden and the Kyoto Imperial Palace, which were beautiful free attractions. We also discovered the softest warabi mochi ever at Saryo Suisen Karasuma Oike and went to see the iconic Kinkaku-ji Temple (The Golden Pavilion). It does get busy, so come early! We picked up some delicious treats on our way back to the Hotel.
