From the popular bakery-cafe [Bread and Espresso and], a set meal café [Ware Ware Ware Arashiyama] (Ukyo-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto) with a gluten-free theme will open on September 9, 2024 (Monday).
Brown rice is used for the udon noodles served at lunch, rice flour is used for the batter of fried dishes, and all menu items are gluten-free. In addition, mini rice bowls that can be added to udon, dashimaki set menus for breakfast, and two types of dashi chazuke are also available. Of course, there is also a full drink menu, including espresso made with beans roasted in-house by Bread and Espresso.
