    😍😍 Ichiban looked great, classic and such a yummy time but the local place with the corner seat, what a bad time!!! But that Michelin star one Wowww beautiful food 😍

    Jimmy, i would highly recommend to travel to FInland and test Finish food 🙂 I would say "Makkarakeitto" is the first one you sould test, but im not sure if this is made in restaurangs though 🙂

    I feel like I liked Ichiran a lot more 10 years ago. Maybe ramen has become a lot more commonplace outside Japan with great quality ramen being more easily accessible such that Ichiran no longer tastes as good. It does feel like the “noodles” and “broth” have not synthesized together and are cooked separately. I do remember that they used to serve matcha beer which I thought complemented ramen well, now they only serve standard green tea.

    In Japan right now, had a delicious miso ramen by the building opposite the Tokyo Skytree, and just before that, I proposed to my girlfriend up the Skytree…she said yes!
