I traveled to Niigata in the winter.
Although there wasn’t much snow, I was surprised at how cold it was.
Niigata is famous for its seafood, such as Nanban shrimp, and rice.
I fully enjoyed both of those in this trip.
The aquarium which is family friendly is also a recommended spot.
