🚀 “You Will Believe a Man Can Fly.” That was the tagline for Superman (1978). In 2025, I’m making it my mission.

🏀 I am 39 years old. I am 6’1’’, 230 lbs., white. I have never dunked a basketball. But that’s about to change.

This year, I’m setting out to achieve the most awesome New Year’s resolution: Dunking on a 10-foot hoop for the first time in my life.

Let’s recognize the incredible opportunity in front of us in 2025. 2025 is a chance to reset, refocus, and a reminder that if we want to be on our A-game it’s on us to make it happen.

Let’s step into 2025 with confidence and purpose. Let’s put in the work to raise the bar.

Right now, I’m in the gym, training for explosiveness, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
