Typhoon Hagibis is approaching the center of Tokyo. The meteorological agency warns some flooding along the rivers, namely Sumida river, Arakawa river and Tama river. There are some risks of some of other small rivers flooding. Please take care of yourselves if you live near the river or at the first floor of the apartment house for a few hours. Not to mention please stay inside and it is better to be at s distance of windows in your house to avoid the possible damage of a strong wind. Also please pay attention after the typhoon go away because a big dam up a big river will release the water in the middle of the night which may affect the Tokyo area.
