  1. Wow, what a nice place. It looks really cozy. What about heating? Is there furnace, central heating or do you have an AC system?

  2. Are you guys allowed to remove wallpaper & paint? Or only if you own the apartment? If you own the place, can remolding happen with moving walls & doors?

  3. Класс) у нас рядом с Москвой такая квартира 25 – 30 000 в месяц стоит) 300 долларов
16:00 для такой маленькой комнаты тебе и 1- 2 лампочек хватило бы) у меня такая лампа весь двор освещает в деревне)

  4. 150/month seems a bit low for bills, tho overtop of what one can do in the local aria to then get funds to pay that… I'm sure everything levels out to an equalized state, doesn't it? needing less paid to then pay rent becomes a shorter risk of one or the other going to spend "earnings" on things… odd thought of impressions? where one stands

  5. our 1 bedroom in Berlin costs $1000/mo US dollars. In Texas, we paid $1600/mo for 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Now, such a place in Texas is over $2000/mo.

  6. Dan: It's been awhile since you put a new one on. New apartment looks good. Can't believe your rent is so low in Siberia. We live in Michigan a small town of about 3000 people and rent for a one bedroom apartment is between $900.00 and $1100.00 per month. Our electric bill for last month at our place was $230.00 USD. The US is getting very hard to make it unless you have a very good job. Hoping Donald Trump will bring some of this down, but it's all politics, who knows. Your very lucky and blessed. Dean Rau

  7. LOVE YOUR VIDEO.SPARTMANT IS NICE CHEAP-180DOLARS ELEKTRICITI 5 BCKS. CONGRADILATION ON NW APPARTMENT. WISH YOU ALL BEST.

  8. Well, compared to where I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada, where the monthly rent for 1bdrm apt cost $ 3,000 CND or more than $ 2,000 USD! You've got 10 times bigger discount !😅
So yeah, I think that you folks got a pretty good deal.

  9. In Germany you would pay about 800 to 1200 EUR (including. heating and warm water) for such an apartment. Plus about 100 to 200 EUR monthly for electricity, internet/phone and perhaps gas.
Average costs of living in Germany are about 50% of the average net income nowadays.
Costs are rising by approximately 10% a year for standard buildings in bigger towns. Mainly due to constant rising property taxes and energy taxes and prices.

I pay 950 EUR a month incl. utillities for a two room flat with roughly 60 square meter. That's considered a low price because i have an old lifelong contract. Same place with a new contract in the same house would cost about 1200 EUR.

For those two bags of light bulbs and cleaning supply you would have paid here at least 80 EUR.

Average net income in Germany is about 1500 to 2000 EUR. Everything above that is considered the rich 10%.

There's no change in sight to the better but all indicates it will get far more worse by the day here.

Time to move out of the West.

  10. Sofa are always used as they double for beds
Lightbulbs only been one in each room was to save money on power usage 🙂
    I imagine prior tenant/owner was a pensioner

  11. You keep comparing baboons with stupid humans. Please realized that animals have perfect intelligence. They are perfectly connected and vibrating with the world as a whole. They do not kill for fun and they do not have wars. Please do not offend baboons, elephants, squirrels, etc. They are the essence of Planet Earth, not like corrupt and compromised pedophiles politicians. My two cents.

  12. Wishing you all the best and a good life in your new apt! The rent is insanely cheap. I rent out my 1-car garage for $450/mo, but Im in NYC

  13. I'm surprised of electricity costs in Russia. I'm renting a small flat (16m2) in Tartu, Estonia. My electricity bill for winter is over 100 EUR per month as I use small boiler for hot water and small heater for heating. In summer, it was something 50 EUR per month. Also, I pay extra something 13 EUR per water usage (not measured) and 8 EUR for garbage collection. So, obviously taking Russian residency will be much better for me?

  14. Wow bro……KGB has gotten to you.
As soon as I saw toilet, that's when I knew that it's MosFilm…..highly likely graphics made by North Korean hackers 😂😂😂😂😂😂
God bless You guys. You good people

  15. Обычная советская квартира и диваны еще с тех лохматых времен. Комнаты большие и высокие потолки ,конечно одной лампочки мало для проживания тем более зимой, просто так экономят владельцы квартир на электричестве.
