Trio 28’s Rating: 5/5 Must try Japanese Omakase in Melbourne. Fresh ingredients, combined with talented skills of the chef to age and marinate the fish, created a great menu for the customers. We really enjoyed our meal here. The king salmon and toro roll were my highlight of today.
