In 2024, we returned to our favorite camping spot at Misaki Campgrounds by Lake Yamanaka!
Though it’s a bit pricey, this unique campsite is the only one located on a peninsula jutting into Lake Yamanaka.
The morning mist over the lake, the red-tinged Mt. Fuji, and the nearby cycling road make it a beautiful place to jog or bike.
If you visit Japan, staying at a hotel is nice, but why not immerse yourself in nature by camping?
