Visited Miyabi, a hidden gem that’s been around since 1869, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint! Tried their famous Inari Sushi, and it was everything you’d expect: sweet, savory, and oh-so-satisfying. But the real surprise was their Inari Mochi. The tofu pouch, simmered in sweet soy sauce, is packed with soft, chewy mochi. Honestly, I’ve never tasted anything like it!

I love this stuff. None of the Japanese restaurants in my area make it. Worth trying if you've never had it.
