Tokyo Central Station (opened in 1914) has two sides, Marunouchi (West side) and Yaesu (East side). If you are taking Narita Express train from Narita airport, one of the station is Tokyo station. Shinkansen also depart from this station (Tohoku, Yamagata, Akita, Joetsu, Hokuriku, and Hokkaido Shinkansen).
