HELLO THERE:
We are Joe and Liisu, full-time travelers from Estonia on a mission to break stereotypes, show diverse cultures and wander in the magical nature. Joe, a seasoned traveler of 8 years, began his journey while working in Australia, New Zealand and Canada (holding over 25 different jobs). Liisu, a former medical doctor, joined the adventure 2 years ago. Now we live on the road, exploring the world either from our backpacks or in a van.

  1. Great video as isual with good descriptions. I would love to see also another video from Liisu on her channel. As a woman, i appreciate her angle. Anyway, i didn’t know that swimsuits are not allowed in all oncens in Japan …😮 Thank you for the information !

  2. "Japanese people have tiny cute feet"…😅way to insult and complement them at the same time 😅

  3. I started following you when you were in Turkey and now you're in Japan. Just be careful and not fall off the edge of Earth. Cheers!

  4. Really enjoyed this episode especially as we are heading off to Japan 🇯🇵 too ourselves for the first time! I imagine my other will struggle like you between tiny sleepers and wearing Yucatan / wooden flip flops and I can’t wait 😜 🤭
As a chronic sufferer myself I can’t wait to experience the onsens I loved the hot bathing sessions in Iceland so I imagine it will be very interesting and quite similar in many ways
    Have fun

  5. My favorite Onsen in Japan was Noboribetsu in Hokkaido. You can see the fissure where the sulfur hot spring erupts from and the local hotels pipe the water in for their onsen. You can smell the sulfur in the water. I do not have any tattoos so I had no issues going to the traditional nude one.

  6. Tere tere!
    just love your videos!
You should definitely go to the island of Kiushu to experience the real authentic onsens! please try it guys!
