12日の16時過ぎということは追いヤマならしの頃でしょうか!?
どんたくの時なんかもですけど車両規制の際は特に整然と並んだ街路樹が街の美しさ、瑞々しさを演出してくれてるのを実感。書き入れ時という事もあってか川端通商店街は閉まってる店が見受けられず人通りが凄い!!そして飾り山が通りをほとんど塞いでる!!w
ワンビルはやはり存在感が抜群ですね～年末の竣工が待ち遠しいです👀こうして見ると(博多～)中洲～天神は公園の配置が絶妙だなとも改めて感じます。
It really touched me to see so many supporters braving the sun and lined the streets to catch glimpses of the Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival event, and it was not yet the finale of the festival. It shows the importance of this festival in people’s hearts.
I was trying to test my Japanese listening skill and had tried very hard to hear what was the announcement made outside the Kushida shrine. I am very delighted I can understand the man mentioned some timing including はっぷん(a difficult ふん word for me to memorise)😅
I will definitely visit Kushida shrine during my next trip to Fukuoka. If I have the chance to make a wish at the Kushida shrine, may Fukuoka/Kyushu be free from earthquakes and prolonged heatwaves!

らいねん シンガポール から福岡へ いきます ☺️
7月12日の当日は「追い山馴らし」の日でしたね。
今回の「櫛田入り」は「東流」がトップで31秒23、同じく「全コース」では「千代流」が27分07秒
でトップだったようです。
22:43の「上川端通（ガンダム山笠）」の「櫛田入り」タイムは、残念ながら74秒58で最下位だったようです。
そりゃそうでしょう、高さ10メートルで通常の舁き山笠の「3倍」、同じく重さ2トンで「2倍」あるのですから。。。
見送り標題の「博多迅雷伝」の如くにスピーディーというわけにはいきませんでしたが、その小山が動くが如きド迫力は、至近距離ならばなおのこと見応え充分だったでしょうね。また事故もなく無事完遂できたことも何よりでした。
38:51の「川端通り商店街」はこの時期特有の活気に溢れていて賑やかですね。
「のぼせもん」たちの漲るパワーが充満するこの期間は「博多の精髄」として、これからも万古不易で生き続けていくことでしょう。

PS:お盆期間中ということもあり、長女が帰省してきました。
嬉しいことに下戸である妻と次女と違って、長女はいけるクチなんです！
なにしろ毎回、女医である妻と次女から「肝臓障害が！」「アセトアルデヒトには発がん性が！」「マロリーワイズ症候群が！」等々の医学知識を駆使した「アンチアルコール」のハラスメントを受け続け肩身の狭い思いをし続けてきましたので（笑）。
ですので、日本酒や焼酎を福岡名産の「おきゅうと」をつまみにして、長女と2人でNetflixを鑑賞する楽しいひと時を過ごすことができました。
明日、住みたい街ランキング上位の「武蔵小杉」に帰る予定です。見送り時にまた泣きそうです😭（笑）
