@thefenster300 Tonkotsu mean "Pork Bones", so as you can guess the broth is based on pork bones π There are so may ramen style in Japan, but Fukuoka Tonkutsu rame is pretty famous. I can see why for sure π You can search for it in U.S., look for Ichiran Ramen, They have outlet in New York.
