    For many vtubers who couldn’t get more than a handful of subscribers, any public exposure, albeit not the best reputation, is better than no exposure. So some hidden talents may audition in hoping the new found exposure would help them survive in this competitive market.

    yeah how about quality control, invest in full time managers, (not part time college interns) more staff, better equipment, pay your freaking artist, etc.

    Nah, more new hires into the rat race and no support to the previous non profitable livers.

    People will still apply regardless of what happened, but they will know what they are getting into. So they better not complain when things go sour for them.

    If you want to use Niji as a stepping stone, know that the path won’t be easy, so prepare your mental (and have a lawyer).

    I think you can apply if you want, but if you do, make sure you go over the contract with a fine-tooth comb to make sure you get your due. Honestly you could probably decide it’s not a good deal, and do a chatting stream talking about how it wasn’t a good deal, and if you promote it in the right circles you could get a bigger boost from vaguely tearing down a contract you’ve seen than you ever would by signing it right now lmao.
