I am glad, that Hololive pays the vtubers really well, and then comes Nijisanji that pays almost nothing.
Without the streamers, companies like this stop existing so it makes sense to look after them, keep them happy and do what you can to help them out when they need it. Only an absolute idiot would treat their only attraction to their company like slaves and mistreat them.
